Dictyosomes

Most often the designation dictyosomes or golgiosomes is given only to the Golgi complex of plant cells or cells of invertebrates in which it is represented by formations that are dispersed throughout the cytoplasm, that is, are diffuse. Sometimes the separate elements of the Golgi complex of cells of vertebrates are also called dictyosomes. The functions of dictyosomes are associated with condensation of protein substances and polymerization of carbohydrates.
