Flom, Joseph H. (Harold)

(1923– ) lawyer; born in Baltimore, Md. Beginning in 1948 as an associate in what would become Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, he led the firm to become New York's largest, specializing in corporate law. A trustee of Barnard and New York University Medical Center, he is known for his charitable and community works.
