fall off on a wing stall turnAn aerobatic maneuver in which the aircraft is pulled up into a vertical climb, the throttles are pulled back, and then the full rudder is applied to one side. The aircraft cartwheels to one side at a near zero IAS (indicated air speed) and recovers in a dive 180° to the original direction. See also hammer stall. Also called fall off on a wing |
