CLEC11A CLEC11A A gene on chromosome 19q13.3 that encodes a C-type lectin domain protein expressed in bone, cartilage and bone marrow, which stimulates the proliferation and differentiation of haematopoietic stem cells. CLEC11A acts synergistically with other cytokines, such as IL3, GCSF, GMCSF and FLT3 ligand. CLEC11A suppresses SCF-stimulated erythrocyte proliferation. |
