Forestville/Mystery Cave State Park
Location:6 miles south of Wykoff on Fillmore County 118.
Facilities:73 drive-in campsites (23 with electrical hookups), showers (é),flush toilets (é), horsemen's campground (including a specific dayuse area for day riders), group camp, picnic area (é), picnicshelters (é), hiking trail (17 miles), horse trails (15 miles), skitrails (11 miles), snowmobile trails (6 miles), warming house, historicsite, interpretive exhibits, visitor center (é), gift shop.
Activities:Camping, stream fishing, hiking, horseback riding, cave tours, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, interpretive programs (seasonal).
Special Features:Park naturalists provide tours of Mystery Cave, where the temperaturestays at a constant 48 degrees Fahrenheit, throughout the summer and onweekends in the spring and fall. Historic Forestville is arestored 1800s village operated by the Minnesota Historical Society.
