Activities:Boating (sail and power boat), fishing, swimming, windsurfing, soccer, rugby, road races, summer concerts and festivals.
Special Features:Other park facilities include: Sail Newport, a non-profit community sailing facility offering sailboat instruction and rental to the general public, as well as regattas and other sailing events (for information call 401-849-6177); the Museum of Yachting, featuring displays of photographs, models, costumes, boats, and yachting memorabilia from the turn of the century (for information call 401-847-1018); and the Eisenhower House, a conference and seminar center overlooking Narragansett Bay (for information call 401-847-6740).
