释义 | Dunn, L. C.Dunn, L. C. (Leslie Clarence)(1893–1974) geneticist; born in Buffalo, N.Y. He was a geneticist at the Agricultural Experiment Station, Storrs, Conn. (1920–28), and served there as a consultant (1930–74) after moving to Columbia University (1928–62). His research on chromosomal changes in mouse embryos led to major contributions to studies of the effects of recombination and lethal genes. His books on human population genetics express his belief that race is merely one state in human evolution. |
