The food offerings yield Cajun-style salmon, Pennsylvania Dutch funnel cake, Italian calzone, Lebanese falafels, Thai beef sticks, strawberry shortcake, etc. In other words, Bumbershoot is a gallimaufry of music, dance, theater, visual and literary arts, children's activities, food, and crafts.
