Cucumovirus

[′kyü·kəm‚o′vī·rəs] (virology) A genus of the family Bromoviridae that is characterized by icosahedral particles containing one molecule of one of the four single-stranded ribonucleic acid species; the type species is cucumber mosaic virus. Also known as cucumber mosaic virus group.
