(1) An uncommon condition that usually presents in childhood, which is characterised by a pleuro-peritoneal communication at the posterolateral region of the diaphragm, with herniation of intra-abdominal organs (e.g., stomach) into the pleural cavity.
(2) Lumbocostal triangle.
