Coco/R


Coco/R

(tool)A program by Hanspeter Moessenboeck which generates recursive descent parsers and their associated scanners fromattributed grammars (LL1). Coco/R can bootstrap itself togenerate its own driver, parser, scanner and semantic evaluator from an attributed grammar included in thedistribution.

Versions exist for generating Oberon, Modula-2, Pascal,C, and C++ source for MS-DOS and Unix. A Javaimplementation was planned.

Latest version: 1.34, as gf 1994-10-13.

Coco/R was ported to Modula-2 by Marc Brandis, ChristofBrass, and Pat Terry.
