Dinić, Mihajlo

 

Born Apr. 23, 1899, in the village of LuČica, Požarevac District. Yugoslav historian.

Dinic became a corresponding member of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts in 1947 and an active member in 1955. He graduated from the University of Vienna in 1930, and he has been a professor at the University of Belgrade since 1940. He was in fascist German concentration camps during World War II (1939-45). He is a specialist in the history of Serbia and Bosnia during the period of feudalism.
