Location:Near Richmond, on KY 627. Take exit 95 off I-75 or exit at Winchester off I-64.
Facilities:167 campsites with water and electric hookups, primitive campsites,activities building, showers, restrooms, laundry, grocery store, 3picnic shelters, playground, interpretive trail, swimming pool withwater slide, wading pool, and rain tree, snack bar,18-hole miniaturegolf course, boat ramps, museum, meeting room, gift shop.

Special Features:In 1775 Daniel Boone and his company reached the Kentucky River, wherethey established Kentucky's second settlement. That settlement, FortBoonesborough, has been reconstructed as a working fort with cabins,blockhouses, and furnishings, and resident artisans perform craftdemonstrations and give modern-day visitors a true sense ofwhat life was like for pioneers in Kentucky.
