Delivered at Frontier (DAF)Seller must supply the goods at his or her own risk and expense delivered to a named place (usually a border location) by a specified time. The buyer is responsible for the importation. This is normally is used with rail, truck, or multi-modal shipments.Delivered at FrontierIn international trade, an agreement between a buyer (importer) and a seller (exporter) in which the seller assumes all expense and risk of delivering a good up to the borders of the buyer's country. At that point, the buyer assumes all expense and risk. This term is most common when the good is delivered over land. It is less common in maritime or air transportation.
