Chamber of Deputies
| one of the two branches of the French legislative assembly; - formerly called Corps Législatif. Its members, called deputies, are elected by the people voting in districts. |

Chamber of Deputies the name of the lower house of the parliaments of Italy, Brazil, Ethiopia, Venezuela, Bolivia, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, and Nicaragua; in Luxembourg it is the name of the unicameral parliament.
