Gagnoa

a city in the southern part of the Republic of the Ivory Coast. Population, 21,000 (1965). Gagnoa is the commercial center for an agricultural region that produces coffee, cacao, tobacco, bananas, manioc, and yams. There is also lumbering near Gagnoa.
