Fulaerhchi

a city in Northeast China, in Heilungkiang Province, on the Nonni River. Population, more than 100,000. Fulaerhchi has a heavy machine-building plant that makes metallurgical equipment. The city also produces steel castings, mineral fertilizers, agricultural machinery, and foodstuffs, such as sugar, flour, and dairy products.
