Goetz, Cecelia H. Goetz, Cecelia H. (Helen)(c. 1918– ) lawyer; born in New York City. She served in the Department of Justice (1943–46, 1952–53) and as counsel with the Office Chief of Counsel for War Crimes, Nuremberg, Germany (1946–48) before practicing with three New York law firms (1953–78). She was named judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District, N.Y., in 1978. |
