Activities:Hiking, fishing, cross-country skiing, guided and self-guided tours.
Special Features:This stone and brick home on the Monongahela River near Point Marion,Pennsylvania, belonged to Albert Gallatin, Secretary of the Treasury,1801-1813, under Presidents Jefferson and Madison. Gallatin'saccomplishments and contributions include reducing the national debt,purchasing the LouisianaTerritory and funding the Lewis & Clark exploration.
