Garibashvili, Irakli,

1982–, Georgian businessman and political leader. Garibashvili worked in the business and charitable enterprises of billionaire Bidzina Ivanishvili from 2004, and joined the Georgian Dream political party when Ivanishvili founded it in 2012. He served as minister of internal affairs when Ivanishvili became prime minister (2012), and succeeded Ivanishvili after he stepped down as prime minister in late 2013. Garibashvili resigned as prime minister two years later, and was succeeded by Foreign Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili.
