A pattern of pulmonary metastases typical of sarcoma, clear cell carcinoma, seminoma and melanoma, seen on a chest film or by scintigraphy, where the nodules are between the ‘cannonball’-sized metastases of renal cell carcinoma, and the ‘miliary’/millet-seed sized metastases of thyroid, lung and breast cancers
