Frýdek-Mistek

a city in Czechoslovakia on the Ostravice River, in the Czech Socialist Republic, in North Moravia (Severomoravsky Kraj). Population, 42,800 (1974). Frydek-Mistek has a steel foundry and manufactures rolled sheet products and metal structures.
