释义	Drexel, Anthony Joseph /ˈdreksəl / (1826–93), US banker and philanthropist. He joined his father’s brokerage firm in 1847 and merged with J. P. Morgan in 1871, making Drexel, Morgan, and Co. the most powerful investment banking house in the US. He was the founder 1892 and benefactor of Drexel Institute of Technology.
