释义 | John Franklin Enders/ˈɛndəz![]() (1897–1985), American virologist. With Frederick C. Robbins (1916–2003) and Thomas H. Weller (1915–2008) he devised a method of growing viruses in tissue cultures which led to the development of vaccines against mumps, polio, and measles. The three scientists shared a Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine in 1954. |
