释义	Pechenga /ˈpɛtʃɪŋɡə / A region of NW Russia, lying west of Murmansk on the border with Finland. Formerly part of Finland, it was ceded to the Soviet Union in 1940. It was known by its Finnish name, Petsamo, from 1920 until 1944.
