Relating to or situated in the posterior cerebellum; specifically designating either of a pair of arteries (the posterior inferior cerebellar arteries) that are branches of the vertebral arteries at the base of the brain and are the hindmost of the three pairs of arteries supplying blood to the cerebellum.
