- a large exhibition of new cars, held every two years in October. It started in London in 1903, and was held at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham between 1978 and 2004. It returned to London for 2006 and 2008. It started again in 2016, is now held every year and called the London Motor & Tech Show.
