County Hall

- a large building in London, on the south bank of the Thames opposite the Houses of Parliament. It was the main offices of the local government of London until the Greater London Council was abolished in 1986. It was then sold to a private company. There are now two hotels in the building, a restaurant, an aquarium and other places of entertainment.
