/ˌvɪdiəʊ ˈneɪʃn/
- a BBC project started in 1993 in which ordinary people were given video cameras to film their daily lives. These films were made into television programmes until 2000. From 2001 to 2011 people were invited to make films for the Video Nation website. The site now serves as a resource, with all the Video Nation films organized according to theme.
