n

A warlock is the male equivalent of a witch — or some type of male demon. Warlocks are evil creatures.
In fairy tales, myths, and other stories, there are many types of fanciful creatures and monsters, such as unicorns, goblins, and vampires. Another is the warlock, which is usually a male witch. Just as a witch uses magic — witchcraft — for evil, so does a warlock. A warlock might also be a demon straight from the mouth of hell. This word has applied to many types of evil beasts and wicked mortals who use magic for demented ends. Warlocks are villains.
