Anything European has to do with the continent of Europe. A European is someone from a country in Europe. European fashion is from Europe. One man’s pocketbook is another man’s European carry all.
This word has two closely related meanings. First, a European is someone who lives in Europe or is originally from Europe. People from Spain, France, Great Britain, Italy, Greece, or any other European country are all Europeans. There are 28 countries in the European Union, and 18 of those use the euro, the official currency of the European Union. This word also describes anything related to Europe, such as European politics, European history, European music, and of course, European fashion.
