Boeing has sold just 13 of its flagship twinjet so far this year.

Regulators did not allow two-engine airliners - or twinjets - to fly more than 60 minutes from the nearest airport, in case one engine failed.

It’s also a twinjet, an option that Canada has historically preferred.
