Exterior facades are brick — there’s a brick stoop, slightly covered entry and bronze casement windows.

A partly open floor plan, along with large casement windows, 10-foot beamed ceilings and red oak hardwood floors throughout, create the feel of a loft.

Casement windows in the living space were replaced with more energy-efficient designs, but the bigger, single-pane glass panes in the room still remain.
