defibrinate, v.|dɪˈfaɪbrɪneɪt| [f. de- II. 1 + fibrin + -ate3.] trans. To deprive of fibrin. Hence deˈfibrinated ppl. a.; defibriˈnation, the process of depriving of fibrin. So deˈfibrinize v. [see -ize] = defibrinate.
