A hydrated acid phosphate of sodium and ammonium, Na(NH4)HPO4.4H2O, occurring as colourless triclinic crystals; microcosmic salt.

II. 73 This being the first instance in which the ammonio-phosphate of soda has been met with as a natural production, I propose to class it amongst our minerals under the name of ‘Stercorite’. 1975Mineral.
