Diadochian, a.|daɪəˈdəʊkɪən| [f. Gr. διάδοχ-ος succeeding, successor (see prec.) + -ian.] Belonging to the Diadochi or Macedonian generals among whom the empire of Alexander the Great was divided after his death, or to their time.
