Elastoplast|ɪˈlɑːstəplɑːst, ɪˈlæstəplæst| Also with small initial. [f. elastic + -o + plaster.] A proprietary name for a type of sticking-plaster, orig. made of stretchable fabric and subsequently also of other materials. Also loosely, any adhesive dressing.
