tameletjie S. Afr.|taməˈlɛcɪ, -tʃɪ| Also tammeletje, tommelaitje, etc. [perh. f. Afrikaans tabletje small cake of chocolate, sugar, etc.] A hard toffee, sometimes containing pine nuts.
