Thurstone Psychol.|ˈθɜːstən| The name of the American psychologist, Louis Leon Thurstone (1887–1955), used attrib. to denote tests or methods devised by him, esp. for the measurement of mental abilities and attitudes, for factor analysis, and the study of personality.
