Tiberian, a.|taɪˈbɪərɪən| [ad. L. Tiberiānus, f. Tiberius (see def.) + -ānus, -an.] Of or pertaining to (a) Tiberius, emperor of Rome 14–37 a.d. (also fig.), (b) the town of Tiberias in Galilee, where the Masoreth or Masora was formed.
