fidejussor Civil Law.|faɪdiːˈdʒʌsə(r), -ɔː(r)| [a. L. fidejussor, agent-n. f. fide-jubēre, f. fidē, abl. of fides faith + jubēre to order.] One who authorizes the bail of or goes bail for another; a surety.
