torulose, a. Nat. Hist.|ˈtɔːjuːləʊs, ˈtɒruː-| [f. torula + -ose (after L. type *torulōsus): cf. mod.F. toruleux.] Having at intervals small rounded swollen parts, as a stem, pod, tube, antenna.
