transmarine, a. (n.)|trɑːnsməˈriːn, træns-, -nz-| [ad. L. transmarīnus, f. trans across + mare sea, after marine. Cf. F. transmarin (12th c. in Godef.).] 1. That is beyond the sea; born, existing, situated, or found on the other side of the sea; over-sea.
