giddap, v. (Chiefly in imp.) colloq. (orig. U.S.).|ˈgɪdæp, gɪˈdæp| Also giddy-ap, -up. [Colloq. pronunc. of get up.] A. int. = get v. 80 g. B. v. intr. To move quickly; also trans., to urge (a horse) forward.
