gracilis Anat.|ˈgræsɪlɪs| [L., = slender.] Also musculus (adductor) gracilis: a superficial muscle on the medial side of the thigh, passing from the hip-bone to the tibia, and acting as an adductor of the hips and a flexor and medial rotator of the leg.
