Heptateuch|ˈhɛptətjuːk|
[ad. Gr. ἑπτάτευχος, f. ἑπτά seven + τεῦχος a book.]
A volume consisting of seven books; a name sometimes given to the first seven books of the Bible, treated as a section having some historical unity; on the analogy of Pentateuch, the recognized name of the first five books.
