regionary, a. and n.|ˈriːdʒənərɪ| [ad. late L. regiōnāri-us (Quicherat and Du Cange): see region and -ary1.] A. adj. Of or pertaining to a region. regionary bishop (see quots. 1727–38 and 1869).
