Werner Path. (ˈwɜːnə(r), ‖ ˈvɛrnər) [The name of Carl W. O. Werner (b. 1879), German physician, who described the syndrome in 1904.] Werner's syndrome: a rare hereditary syndrome whose symptoms include short stature, endocrine and vascular disorders, and premature ageing and death.
