layflat, a. (n.)|ˈleɪflæt| Also with hyphen and as two words. [f. lay v.1 + flat a., adv., and n.3] That lies flat, or can be laid flat; flattened, not cylindrical in cross-section; esp. designating tubing of this kind. Also as n., something which can be laid flat.
