† ˈlentrinware Sc. Obs. Also 5 lentrynvar, lentrinva(i)r, lenterwar(e, 6 lentrenvare, lentreneveyr. [f. lentrin, Sc. form of Lenten + ware.] Skins of lambs that have died soon after being dropped; ‘still called lentrins’ (Jam.).
